THE CURRICULUM

 

DAY 1  26th June - Becoming Aware of the Shadow

THEORETICAL PART

The first part of your journey begins with understanding of the main aspects of Shadow and how it affects your day-to-day life. You will take a fascinating deep dive into your inner world starting to identify the repetitive patterns that cause discomfort and anxiety in your life.  You will become aware of your strengths and claiming your power back through Shadow Work

PRACTICAL PART

There exercises of this module will help you to:

  • Manage your anxiety;

  • boost self-esteem and connect with your inner recourse;

  • identify directions for self-growth.

DAY 2  3rd July - Allowing the Shadow to Be

THEORETICAL PART

Next, you will explore the importance of curiosity and openness towards your emotions as opposite to fear. You discover how to grow your capacity of staying with discomfort in order to let go of the harmful patterns that are responsible for self-criticism and lack of confidence.

PRACTICAL PART

The impactful exercises from this module that will help you:

  • to increase self-awareness;

  • to gain more confidence and become emotionally agile; 

  • to stretch your comfort zone;

  • to turn down your critical voice and deepen self-acceptance.

DAY 3  10th July - Getting to Know the Shadow

THEORETICAL PART

Going even deeper into your unconscious mind, you will learn about the role of psychological projections and how they can help you to understand and consequently change your disruptive patterns. What I will show you might seem counterintuitive to commonly held ideas however you will discover this will allow you to see the reality as it is and create a strong foundation for all relationship in your life. 

PRACTICAL PART

The exercises will help you to:

  • to obtain new perspective on your patterns and behaviors;

  • to let go of guilt and blame related to self-criticism;

  • to start integrating the Shadow for confidence and wholeness.

DAY 4  17th July - Integration

THEORETICAL PART

In the final part of the program, you will harness your new perspective and new skills to welcome back the parts of you that were previously criticised, denied or repressed. During the group work you will do your own transformational inner work of integration and healing.  

PRACTICAL PART

There will be an immersive group work that will help you to:

  • work on your patterns with compassion instead of self-criticism;

  • practice your skills of self-awareness and self-acceptance;

  • reach new levels of confidence and self-expression.

This is a live course, not pre recorded, so you will be working with Anna directly.  This also means group sizes are small and spaces are very limited

With a unique blend of emotion-image therapy, psychoanalysis theory and practice, emotional intelligence and awareness techniques, each session Anna will guide you through a series of powerful exercises. These are designed to help you unleash your confidence and tap into your own trust and power. So much wisdom is hidden in our unconscious mind, and you will learn how to use it to build a better relationship with yourself and others in personal and professional life.

The group format mimics the environment of real life, helping the participants to notice the limiting thoughts and behavioral patterns behind self-criticism, low self-esteem, poor communication skills and anxiety. The sharing process widens your perspective and enriches your experience. Inner work becomes more effective where deeper integration is possible. A group is limited by 8-10 participants for the quality of experience.

​FORMAT/DURATION

Each session is 1 hour 30 minutes (the last session is 2 hours) and will be held over Zoom (details will be emailed to you). The sessions are one week apart, to allow you time for processing and  integration.

I am a Psychologist, Certified Emotion-Image Therapist, Meditation Teacher and Conscious Leadership Coach based in London.
